Background Experience

She has a robust background in Human Resources, with over 12 years of experience across diverse industries.

Prior to working with Arcadian, Anne spent 12 years at Bayview Technologies Inc., an IT-enabled BPO company, where she advanced from Human Resources Assistant to HR Officer. She also gained experience as a Plant HR Associate at Kraft Foods, a major food manufacturing conglomerate.

Anne’s earlier roles included working as a Clinical Psychologist Intern at the Philippine General Hospital, a Research Psychologist at St. Luke’s Hospital, a Recruitment Associate at CPC HR Solutions, and a Human Resources Assistant at Alorica.
